Job Overview

As an Direct Insurance – EB Manager  you will be an integral part of the Ace Insurance Marine Team, consisting of highly dedicated and proactive colleagues. We expect that you should be flexible and self-motivated person who can drive results. You as a suitable candidate should have the desire to learn and grow in Insurance domain, sustain existing clients and a strive to augment the business in EB domain on the leads provided. Have good knowledge in MS office tools, a good grasp of software system, a strong interface between clients / Insurer and a quest of commitment towards client delight enabling sustainability and growth to the organization.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities and duties of Direct Insurance – EB Manager are as follows:

·         Providing a detailed summary of coverage details (RFQ).

·         Fully versed with IRDA circulars and gap analysis done basis current market conditions for clients benefit.

·         Terms and conditions and quote comparison by preparing structured spreadsheets.

·         Swift process request follow-ups  / renewal requests and compliance reporting / reviewing policy documents for complete and correct information.

·         Obtain endorsement from Insurer including premium / inclusion / exclusion adjustment etc if any.

·         Planning wellness programmes for clients after liaising with TPA / Insurance company and ensuring calendar dates given and adhered to.

·         Knowledge of various employee benefits products. Must be able to make effective presentations.
