Key Accountabilities


To maintain and enhance the organization's overall provision of Human Resources services by planning, implementing and evaluating policies, programs and practices at corporate level

 

Strategic

 

Prepare periodic reports to track strategic goals and accomplishments in different departments or stores across the region


Formulate policies related to people management, attraction, and development to build positive and performance oriented culture in the organization


Own Annual Performance Management cycle including roll out, training, ratings distribution and process improvements


Prepare periodic reports to track strategic goals accomplishment in different departments or stores across the region

Own Annual Performance Management cycle including roll out, training, ratings distribution and process improvements


Coordinate with Senior Corporate Manager• HR in designing and running reward and recognitions programs

Operational

 

Interpret, advise and recommend changes on policies, procedure, and process of the organization


Consult with the public relations team to ensure all existing policies, processes, and procedures comply with the country law


Represent HR in Business Operations meetings and present data insights Coordinate with Country HR Managers on various HR aspects that are being looked by Business Heads


Ensure employees’ health insurance is as per their benefits mentioned in their contracts


Be a link between employees and Public Relations Officers, especially when dealing with new joiners, separations, and contracts’ renewal formalities in corporate offices Upload Group’s headcount budgets on the system and create budget utilization report Conduct town hall with leaderships to address the organization needs

Undertake a periodic turnover analysis and make suitable recommendations and action plans to reduce the number

Keep management informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of objectives, and those which are not being addressed adequately at the line management level

Oversee the recommendations of promotions and salary reviews related to the region and submit them to corporate approvals

People Management

 

Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs with the support of Engagement, Learning and Development team Handle day to day employees’ queries with agreed turnaround time for resolutions Resolve conflicts and recommend disciplinary procedures when required Establish leave plans and update records to control leave and time off for HR Employees

 

Product and Process Improvement

 

Coordinate with Country HR Managers to conduct regular opinion surveys, and report findings to the management

Enhance employees’ experience by suggesting engagement programs and new communication methods with the support of Learning, Development and Engagement Department

Education and Certification

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business is Preferred

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office

Proficient knowledge in Human Psychologies’ theories and employees relations Proficiency in English

Experience

 

4•6 years of experience in Human Resources field

Experience as HR Assistant Manager or relevant position is a plus
