1 Tracking daily sales.

2. Evaluate stock levels Vs sales

3. Suggest and review allocations, consolidation and replenishment.

4. Maximize Sales and profitability for the department/category

5. Prepare and maintain department/category merchandise based on actual sales, sales forecasts

inventory checks. forthcoming events, replenishment néeds

6. Assist in the creation of merchandise plans for the category based on insights gained from merchandise

analytics, customer preference, historical trends and future outlook projected by the buyer

7. Assist in discussing. deciding and freezing the department/category merchandise strategic plans
