Copy, Test Certificate, Tax Invoice, Octroi Receipt, Chalan, and tax detail, inform all contractors to material Available. · Material Issue – Check material availability; make material issue sleep, check stock palace, check quantity as per Client Requirement, Co- ordinate with Site In charge/ site Eng. & Sub Contractor. · MIS report on Receipts, Issues, Ageing of unused materials, Consumption/ reconciliation of unused/excess materials. · Stock Accounting, Stock Identification, stacking, Documentation. · Co-ordinate with our Project Manager/ Engineer and follow up with supplier for Material deliveries
