Make commercial documents like invoice, packing list, insurance, inspection certificates, and form 9, SDC for shipment s to Indian customers for export from USA on various payment terms. Track the shipments by following up with the offices in US & also by following up with the shipping companies. Assist the customer in release of the cargo by liaison with the shipping lines, banks & clearing agents. Verify the post shipment commercial documents prior the same are forwarded to the customers & their banks. Processing DP / LC documents and Sales Order (SO) for exports from US to countries other than India. Follow up with customers for documents not retired from the bank/long stay containers.
