Senior Investment Manager - DUBAI Job description Strategic · Devise investment strategies with the CIO to achieve the objectives on Real Estate (RE) acquisition, asset management and disposition. · Provide strategic support to CIO and IC to evaluate investment proposals and active portfolio management. · Actively working with the Investment Committee (IC) on presenting RE investment, disposition and financing proposals. · Actively working with CIO to formulate strategy to invest in different asset classes across geographies. Operational · Act as a key contributor in the planning, prioritization and execution of strategic, financial and investment activities. · Conduct detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospective investments. · Uses complex financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to mak
