JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Sourcing and Supplier Performance.
  • Vendor Development, Management and Procurement Planning.
  • Evaluation, techno-Commercial Analysis of the Quotations, Negotiation on prices.
  • Contract management, identifying cost reduction areas, eliminating non value added activities and implementing strategies ensuring minimum sourcing cost.
  • Material Planning & overall governance of systems & processes
  • Identification & empanelment of new vendors
  • Preparation of Vendor assessment reports.
  • Short listing the Vendors/suppliers and Floating Enquires.
  • Techno Commercial Negotiation with vendors and finalization of order.
  • Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
  • Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time
  • Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.
  • Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
  • Quality Inspection in-house and at vendor Place.
  • New Vendor Development, Vendor Evaluation.
  • Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company manufacturing process
  • SOP development in Procurement Management
  • Finalization of Service Contracts for Construction / Operations & Maintenance of Cell Sites
  • Contract management, identifying cost reduction areas, eliminating non value added activities and Presentations to Project Management dept. citing reasons for the particular subcontractor selection & resolution of their quarries.
  • Represent Procurement Department in Turnkey projects review meetings.
  • Represent Procurement Department in prices fixing committee
