hi - urgent opening for Production Supervisors with a repute manufacturing & Trading company at Mauritius & Kenya.


Job location : Mauritius & Kenya
  • Looking at the total production of Blow Molding & Injection Molding machines.
  • Maintaining production according to customers requirement.
  • To maintain documents as per company standards (SOP standard) & keeping records.
  • Handling total production related task and troubleshooting quality related issues.
  • Raw material inventory and processing.
  • Reporting production status to senior management
  • Taking pro-active steps to reduce safety and quality challenges.
  • Active member of Emergency Response Team
  • Responsible for monthly fire drills and safety precautions.
  • Manpower handling in rotational shift operations.
  • Ensure availability of materials for the planned production for current and next shifts·
  • Scheduling of production as per shift plan given by Men/Machine allocation·
  • Coordinate activities related to production with other concerned departments such as Planning and Engineering and Quality to meet planned production targets·
  • Get Engineering pending work done as planned·
  • Help to establish root causes of failure of products and unplanned down time and take corrective actions.
  • Lead to shift Team as a Leader in day to day operation & maintenance.
  • Coordinating with team for improving plant performance.
  • Preparing schedule for PPM activities, work order/maintenance/process request generation.
  • Taking care of day activities-work permit for vendor & preparing job plan.
  • Testing like MFI,MV,TEF, COLOUR, Ash, Moisture Content,
  • Training manpower regarding Production, safety & ISO Procedures.
  • Production Report generation and analysis further improvement.
  • Monitoring processing for proper quality of the product.
  • Monitoring safety & ISO Procedures. 
  • Active participation in DPS,5-S,EQE,Lean,Six Sigma & Internal audits
