  • Responsible to handle end to end recruitment across levels including reference checks, salary negotiations, etc. Coordinating with department heads / Company head for the same.
  • Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters, Terminations, Designing the salary structure and payslips, attendance & Leave management, Issuing ID cards, Visiting cards, Handling Employee.
  • Developing the induction programmes for the new recruits.
  • Updating HRMS (Axapta 2012) application software/MIS/Staff Files.
  • Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
  • Responsible to handle HR operations, and HR policy implementation.
  • Planning and strategizing new HR initiatives for strengthening business functions.
  • Co-ordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.
  • Ability to deal with people diplomatically, Willingness to learn, Team facilitator.
  • Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and co-ordinating it with other line managers.
  • Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave.
