· Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing merchandise performance within department to monitor statistical objectives, adapt inventory as needed, and increase sales volume.
· Proficient in evaluating profitability for in-season sales, financial and inventory performance and suggesting adjustments as needed.
· Adept in reviewing historical data and joined forces with the buying team ensuring the right collections are placed in stores at the optimal time.
· Developing and executing strategies for merchandise assortments, vendor relations management, and marketing management.
· Ensured timely and efficient product flow by partnering with vendors and distribution centers and shipment tracking.
· Proficient in forecasting consumer buying patterns based on sales trends and economic condition monitoring.
· Extensive knowledge of the textile industry, demands, and trends.
· Able to plan, design, and implement new production processes and procedures. Written specs that reflect creative, cohesive collections that are saleable.
· Excellent in managing team and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company goals and objectives
· An effective communicator with exceptional analytical, technical and negotiation skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.
· Buying and Merchandising for entire Men's and Women's Wear Clothing.
· Designing the complete Range in Men's and Women's Wear Shirts, Trousers, T-Shirts, Jeans and Accessories.
· Design and Cost Finalization of Men's and Women's Wear.
· Vendor Management - Sampling- Production- Delivery - Payment Clearance.
· Planning for the Season Range and order for new merchandise as per the Stock required across the Stores and maintaining Stock cover at Warehouse.
· Planning also requires selection and designing of Fabric for placing new orders for the Men's and Women's Wear Range.
· Co-ordinate with more than 100 Stores across UAE for their requirement, feedback, and sort out various issues on their system workings.
· Get allocation of Merchandise done as per the requirement from stores, which also includes proper planning of stock movements during EOSS (End of Season Sale).
· Frequent Assessment with Frontend Marketing Team to understand and get proper Feed Back of the Stores.
· Leading a Team of Designers, Merchandisers and Quality Checkers for a Better, Finer, Quality Product to satisfy the Customer needs and to achieve the goals set by the Company.
