Working as ‘REGIONAL BUSINESS
PARTNER HUMAN RESOURCES’ handling end-to-end business unit spread across Middle
East & India– India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø
Primary responsibility is to manage the HR function for the
Company in India & Middle East which includes India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi,
Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
Ø
Provide consulting and business partnering to Business
managers in achieving company objectives
Ø
Developing a ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationship with key leaders
at multiple levels within the supported business group.
Ø
Coaching and influencing key stake holders and managers to
make decisions that are compatible with sound human resources best practices.
Ø
Ensuring seamless delivery of HR support services,
Disciplinary procedures, Joinee & Induction Process Cycle.
Ø
Responsible for coordinating several human resources
functions such as recruitment, employee relations, facilitation, records,
benefits and employee services
Ø
Preparation of high quality MIS to support detailed analysis
and appropriate decision-making.
Ø
Assisting the training teams with innovative ideas, training
and coordinating training process.
Ø
Employee welfare and engagement.
Ø
Grievance handling, Payroll Management, Attendance, Exit
policies and Process.
Ø
Talent management, Performance Management using HR systems –
SAP / ERP
Ø
Good team player and eager to take added responsibilities

Ensure team deliverables on time

Handling escalations for the team
Ø
Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal
groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/

Providing a patient hearing to employees and making sure

Hopefully this is the right JD. In the title it says HR Recruitment Manager and later in the description it says Regional Business Partner HR. Can you please confirm the JD and the position again?
