Job Description

Regional Manager

Ensure consistent Retail / Service Standards across all the stores in the territory

·  Drive Top Lines sales against set targets

·  Coordinate the day to day Retail Operation of territory

·  Ensure the Bottom Line profitability with effective operations and cost control

·  Participate in the preparation of sales budgets in discussion with Finance / Budgeting department

·  To review and confirm pricing of all consignments as per the Management guidelines and ensure that GP is achieved.

·  To monitor the GP of sales on weekly / monthly basis and take corrective actions wherever necessary

·  To discuss and finalize the periodic buying budgets in line with the management directives

·  Space / Range planning in stores according to Stock Inflow

·  Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over-and under stocks to implementing corrective actions

·  Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action

·  Controlling and ensuring effective deliveries, distribution and lead times

·  Department / Category wise Ageing / Old Inventory analysis and action for liquidation

·  Product Performance feedback to buying & Planning Department

·  Overseeing implementation of company policy and procedure in stores/ Territory

·  Plan and execute annual event calendar. Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed and promptly and maintained professionally

·  Conduct SWOT review to analyze the customer profile

·  To strategize and seek opportunity for territory expansion

·  Involvement and roll-out of new projects / Store Openings

·  Coaching & Training of Retail Team (Store Managers, Supervisor, Visual Merchandise & Sales Staff)
