Responsible to follow-up and act on administrative
activities in CRM like fraud detection, regions KPI tracking, customer service
request approvals (mobile number change) and direct marketing campaign
execution/ tracking.
CRM executive will be responsible to act personally on all
admin activities in UAE, QAT, BAH, KWT, OMN. In case of KSA this role will
liaise with KSA’s CRM manager to ensure all activities are on track.
Key Accountabilities :
1. Track
and follow-up on stores KPI performance for CRM program in region
a. Prepare
and analyze weekly reports of each region’s performance
b. Follow-up
with specific stores that are underperforming to improve
2. Approve
customer service requests from stores to modify any customer related
information
3. Clarify
/ coordinate in resolution of store queries about issues in CRM implementation
& usage
4. Detect
/ control fraud usage of CRM program in each region by analyzing transaction
reports
a. Detect
fraud by analyzing mysterious transaction activity through excel reports
b. Mobilize
action against fraud usage in each region by liaising with operations team
c. Prepare
regular reports on fraud suspects reported and the action taken
d. Ensure
SOP is followed by all regions and SLAs are adhered to for fraud detection
5. Execution
of CRM campaigns
a. Gather
requirements of each region for CRM broadcast to customers for any event
b. Confirm
the offering from operations team or CRM manager
c. Execute
the campaigns by coordinating with CRM vendor
d. Manage
finance and budget tracking for campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
·
Should be a Graduate atleast. (graduation in
marketing field, a plus point)
·
At least 2 years of corporate experience (retail
experience preferred)
·
Should be proficient at Excel reports with
adequate analytical understanding.
·
Proficient in using web-based admin dashboards
and tools required on job.
·
Meticulous at planning and follow-up on regular
activities with all team members & territories on regular activities.
·
Quick at learning new technology and marketing
campaign strategies
·
Language Skills: English (Arabic is a plus and
preferred)
