-          -          Min 3-4 years of experience in similar role.
-          Should have worked in similar capacity in GCC retail / similar concept in India.
-          Handled products such as Gift Décor, Flooring, Candles, Interior Décor, etc. OR Should have handled similar products working with Buying / Export house preferably in India.
-          Experience in purchasing and importing home décor products
-          Experience in marketing of high end-living and décor product (lifestyle, home ) a plus
-          Experience in managing multiple and/or high volume categories
-          Added Advantage : Diploma in Interior Décor / Creating looks / creating moods.


The key responsibilities would include:
-          Support the B&M team in formulating the seasonal strategy, range structure and assortment plan for the department
-          Research current trends and the market and present analysis to the department
-          Develop new avenues for promoting the department /categories
-          Monitor brand performance through analytical reports and conduct comparative market studies of competitors’ performance
-          Ensure that the stocks are as per the stores requirements to ensure fewer markdowns
-          Maintain high level of product expertise, ensuring product is bought within the acceptable standard norms of quality and fit.
