Purpose of the Job

To assist the Senior Investment Manager to implement and execute the investment plans across different market and industries

Operational

· Commercial Review of financial models.

· Review of specific market related metrics considered in the financial models.

· Understanding and implementing the structuring of the entities for acquisition.

· Coordination with JV partners and lawyers on closure of commercial agreements

· Potential negotiations with the lenders of the asset.

· Coordinating with KPMG for tax related issues in the deal.

· Approval of the annual budgets.

· Monthly closure of the reporting by the JV partners/ Asset managers.

· Monthly closure of cash distributions with JV partners/Asset managers.

· Monthly calls with Asset managers.

· KPI and benchmarking of the assets.

· Assist with quantitative, qualitative and administrative aspects of managing Co’s Investment portfolio

· Develop appropriate and various types financial models of the targeted investments and prepare critical analysis and reports

· Prepare an in-depth analysis of future investment opportunities that supports the investment team

· Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing including investment memoranda and management presentations

· Assist in obtaining proper approvals of the assigned funds for the investment portfolio

· Pursue new opportunities by preparing financial models and conducting market analysis

· Conduct detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospective investments

· Assist with the development of ad-hoc reports for senior management and staff

Product and Process Improvement

· Assist in structuring and developing new opportunities that support the team in achieving the investment targets

Education and Certification	· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or related discipline · CFA or similar qualification is an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills	· Excellent financial modelling skills · Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel · Strong communication skills and good knowledge of the private equity/alternative assets products and services. · Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills · Proficient with financial modeling software will be an added advantage · Familiarity with financial markets preferred · Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
Experience	· Min 4 years of experience in a finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side
