Requirement of Administrative Manager:
We
are looking for an experienced Administration
Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and
plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Age Limit : Between 35 – 45 Experience:
10 – 12 years
Qualification: Candidate should be a
graduate with good computer skills and communication skills & Should be
able to speak English, Hindi & if possible Gujarati language
Job Description:
·
To ensure
general office administration and attendance of personnel, to keep track of employee’s
behavior, working abilities & sincerity & will report to management
about it.
·
He will be the
contact person for outside visitors & guests.
· Monitor
discipline among staff & workers as well as to keep Co-ordination with
Human Resource management.
·
Take general
round at the factory site minimum 2 times a day.
· To take care
of reimbursement claims of personnel, viz proper checking of Telephone/Mobile
Phone bills etc. ensure control and timely payment of the same after approval
of the competent authority
·
Travel booking,
accommodation, hotel bookings etc.
·
To support
other departments of the Company.
·
To check
suppliers bills and forward only authorized bills to accounts department for
payment.
·
Vendor contract,
Renewal of contracts, AMC of contracts, Bills verification, Follow up of Bills.
·
Keeping
details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from Director. Forwarding
details of all expenses to Accounts team.
·
Procurement
and issue of stationery to various divisions and maintain their proper records
and maintenance of sundry equipment like mobile phone, telephone, calculators
etc.
·
To maintain
proper record of company assets issued to marketing personnel and ensure
accountability.
·
To ensure general
office maintenance like housekeeping, gardening, pest control, hygiene,
electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor
repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.)
·
To deal with
vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier, manpower consultants etc.
·
To keep
co-ordination with government departments such as GPCB, Factory Inspector,
Labor Inspector, Excise department etc.
