Qualifications & Requirements:

Executive / Sr Executive Sales Co-ordination
• Managing sales related activity
of the company.
• Handling customer enquiries and
expectations whilst providing a high quality of service to each enquiry
and caller
• Preparation of Quotation
• Tender assessment searching
• Writing up accurate and grammatically
correct sales correspondence.
• Tracking sales orders to ensure that
they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Effectively communicating with
customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Supporting the field sales team.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such
as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing
documents as required for the profile.
• Supporting sales promotional
campaigns and road shows
• Supporting key accounts, channel
partner with quotation
• Contacting potential customers to
arrange appointments.
• Speaking with customers using clear
and professional language.
• Resolving any sales and after sales
related issues with customers.
• Completing the administrative needs of
the Sales Department.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm
sakes orders or delivery dates.
• Responding to sales queries via phone,
e-mail and in writing.
• Accurately analysing and assessing
statistical data.
Requires a bachelor's degree
Should have at least three years of experience
with quotation and tender making
•
Should
have very good English and Local (Hindi & Marathi) language skills;
•
Knowledge
on tenders
•
Prior
experience with EPC/ projects company will be an added advantage.
•
Must
have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers in
a positive and professional manner as well as be able to work effectively and
independently
