Qualifications & Requirements:

Executive / Sr Executive Sales Co-ordination

    Managing  sales related activity of the company.   
    Handling  customer enquiries and expectations  whilst providing a high quality of service to each enquiry and caller
    Preparation  of Quotation
    Tender assessment searching
    Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
    Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
    Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    Supporting the field sales team.
    Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents as required for the profile.
    Supporting  sales promotional campaigns and road shows
    Supporting key accounts, channel partner with quotation 
    Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
    Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.
    Resolving any sales and after sales related issues with customers.
    Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
    Making follow-up calls to confirm sakes orders or delivery dates.
    Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
    Accurately analysing and assessing statistical data.

Requires a bachelor's degree 
 Should have at least three years of experience with quotation and tender making
    Should have very good English and Local (Hindi & Marathi) language skills;
    Knowledge on tenders
    Prior experience with EPC/ projects company will be an added advantage.
    Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner as well as be able to work effectively and independently
