Qualification Required: C.A

Accounting experience with manufacturing Cos a must 

Accounting & Finalization and coordinating with Internal and Statutory Audit, Keep Check on Operations, Handling Various Statutory Compliance (Excise, Income Tax, TDS,VAT Tax, Service Tax, Cess Tax and APMC Tax), Generating Daily MIS Report, Debt Control and Management, Inventory Control and Providing Training and support to our branches, having knowledge of SAP. LC Documentation,Preparation of Quotation against Enquiry, Conducting Employee Appraisal,Management of Internal Control system,Fund management
Advising management on internal Market analysis for stock Control system procurement,
Cash Flow Management Statement & Knowledge of KYC.

Monthly Profitability MIS for Management

Analysis Budget Vs Actual Performance

Working Capital Management

Weekly & Monthly Receivables/ Debtors Reports

Monthly Sales MIS for Management 

Budget Variance analysis,

Product Cost Reports

Prepare Fund Flow Reports, MIS Reports, Monthly Stock Report, and Cost Reports for tracking expenses.

                       

RECEIVABLE: Sales Accounting prepare monthly sales figure for MIS, to ensure all customer receipts are booked timely, following up for pending collection in bank reconciliation for adjustment, prepare debtors Outstanding ageing report sent to All Marketing  Team on weekly basis.

PAYABLE: Purchase Accounting to insure all the Material Receipt Note, Contractor bill & others expense bills booked in accounts on timely bais, follow up with Material & various departments for pending bills & timely payment release to creditors.
