JOB DESCRIPTION
- To manage and increase sales of lamination & packaging material and to develop and implement the sales & marketing strategies
- Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives.
- Efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
- CRM & Team Management and Development - To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
- Make key messages to attract the customer towards the brand name.
- Work hard as a team and to be an effective and efficient leader.
- Motivate the subordinates to work hard by assisting them.
- Developing new customers & penetrating new markets both domestic and International. Credit Control and Motivating sales force to achieve sales force are the key areas of operation. Complete responsibility for business growth in the Packaging application
- To develop and manage the export market of flexible packaging materials. Product development and Account Management will be a part of the job & primary responsibilities to focus on achieving sales target & to manage receivables.
