Every search assignment is taken up with utmost integrity and total dedication. Our structured search process ensures that we have multiple levels of validations to ensure high success rate and speedy recruitment. We ensure that all our searches have personal attention of the senior management.

Before we share the final CV’s and the details with the hiring Cos, our own screening and search criteria includes:
· Initially shortlisting individually all the candidates from our vast database, based on the search criteria and job description provided by the Hiring Co
· Sharing the details of the hiring Co and location with candidates
· Sharing of the Job description and salary payable and seeking candidates approval for the same.
· Regular followups with candidates is the toughest aspect of the our job. Co-ordinating the convenient time and date and Initializing first round of telephonic interviews to check their communication skills, family background and key skills aspects to ascertain that it matches with the requirements. Reference check is done, wherever required.
· If oked in the 1st round, we arrange a second round of skype (video) call interviews to check the personality and the body language and confidence of the candidates, and if approved, add them to our list of short listed candidates , which finally is handed over the to the hiring Cos
