Purpose of the Job
To support and drive Performance Management culture across the organisation by
1. Periodic Review and monitoring business and functional performance for all BMA Concepts / Business verticals
2. To analyse Performance Data within and cross functionally with the objective of identifying early trends impacting Business Performance
3. To define the data and reports structure for monitoring business and functional performance

Key Accountabilities
Strategic
|
· Negotiate and establish business performance metrics, formulae and thresholds at various levels of the enterprise
· Assimilate industry benchmarks or other external data to gauge business performance
· Integrate financial and non -financial data from different sources in order to analyze drivers of business performance
· Periodically study and review Organisational SWOTs impacting operational effectiveness

Financial
|
· Design and implement standard reporting systems which influence outcomes through detailed Insights and business driver based reporting
· Provide Insightful and Predictive reporting focused on delivering intended strategic outcomes
· Measure and report on project deliverables on a periodic basis and on set milestones
· Prioritize and budget enterprise and line-of-business strategic performance initiatives
· Report strategic performance initiative progress and results (returns) to the executive team
· Implement the components needed to collect, assimilate, analyze, and deliver business performance management data

· Structure data and standard reports to assist in managing performance
· Harness and integrate data available across the organization and externally to synthesis them into meaningful and insightful information towards better planning and supporting outcomes
· Institute periodic review and monitoring process across all businesses, sub elements and functions with clear outcomes and actions with follow up mechanisms in place

Qualification and Experience
Education and Certification

· Professional Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance (Master’s Degree Preferred)
· Associate membership in a recognized accounting/financial body
