  • Plan the overall marketing strategy for the business in close collaboration with top management
  • Planning and executing the yearly/quarterly/monthly marketing calendar in close collaboration with requisite stakeholders
  • Build, execute and optimize marketing plan for customer acquisition, engagement and retention through online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Display and Affiliates/Associates while working within proposed budgets
  • Work closely with the creative agency/design team to develop high quality creatives for online or stores within the purview of brand guidelines
  • Tracking and monitoring of all marketing campaigns to ensure continuous optimization to bring down cost of customer acquisition and improve conversion rates and basket size
  • Plan and execute social media and content strategy by building and collaborating with wide network of influencers, bloggers and vloggers
  • Develop high quality content in form of articles, videos, infographics etc. to improve user engagement
  • Work in close conjunction with category and merchandising team to plan campaigns, offers and launches in website and app
  • Build and maintain relations with all vendors and business partners.
