Job Summary
Lead & management of RDC operations, merchandise processing & all warehouses facilities i.e. operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
· Member of the RDC leadership team & responsible for shaping up & communicating the department’s Organization /Goals /Strategies /Measures ( OGSM )
· Lead the operations team into achieving assigned production productivity & processing target on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
· Determine overall working practices to establish & continuously monitor all functions within the department
· Receive & process merchandise from CDC , direct suppliers , RT branches & deliver them within agreed timescales to stores
· Stores organization & opĂ©ration management , key resources management & development
· Order preparation & its fulfillment ,deployment plan execution as per due dates
· Control and navigate the manpower & operational cost within the allocated budget
· Physical flow & management of inventories, its FIFO maintenance
· Parents & own the stock count of all types of inventories and creates stock account report as per company’s policies
· Site visits to all’ warehouses while seeking opportunities for improvement
· Received returns from shops including SASO under quarantine & suppliers while strictly respecting its conformity and execution as per company policy
· Coach, develop and manage teams

education / experince required
· Post graduate in management or engineer
· Minimum experience of 10 years in warehousing & logistics
· Retail & FMCG environment with complex & large volume operations
· English and Arabic literate
· ERP –WMS package exposure
