B. Sc. (Chemistry) with Diploma in Marketing Management from a reputed institute   
Creative, Result – Oriented, Innovative, Out of the Box thinker, Street Smart, Convincing but humble.
Should have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, leadership and planning skills
Have at least 5 years experience in marketing / selling ingredients i.e.speciality raw materials used in multiple industries (cosmetics, topical pharmaceuticals,
Household products + various industrial applications eg Lubricants, Rust Preventives, Leather, Metalworking, Metal Polishing, etc.).
Should  be able to travel nationwide (@ economical travel and accommodation).
Preferably should stay in Andheri / surrounding area, for ease of commuting.
Office Timings : Reporting by 0900 am, system shutdown 05:45 pm (Mon to Saturdays).
Will report to top management (work with existing team) and be responsible for:
-          Studying our product range promptly (keeping in mind the 6P’s (PRODUCT, PRICE, PLACE & PROMOTION/Development, PUBLIC RELATIONS & POWER).
-          Research and analysis of market trends.
-          Identifying new markets, new customers and existing buyers (who are not our Customers yet).
-          New Marketing Strategies (with monitoring of effectiveness)
-          Co-ordination with our few Stockists/Distributors
-          Co-ordination with Digital Marketing (which will be outsourced initially)
-          Participate / attend Trade Shows, exhibitions (in India), sales meets
-          Presentations to existing / prospective Customers.
-          Increasing customerbase, sales with realistic numbers i.e. meet agreed targets.

-          Any other responsibilities relating to marketing and sales, leads / projects / ideas / thoughts.
