1)      Lawyer who is well conversant with incorporation and maintenance of Trusts

2)      Should be good in drafting of agreements and coordination with external lawyers if required

3)      Who should have basic understandings of Tax laws especially USA, Canada & India

4)      Who understands and can maintain BVI and Cayman Island companies and comply with all requirements relating to it.

5)      Should be able to work with lawyers to maintain rental contracts of Fashion stores, legal requirement of Fashion business in GCC and maintenance of relevant files

6)      Should possess good English communication skills and pleasing personalities
