Purpose of the Job
To
provide analytical support in performance management and monitoring across
the Twenty 4 Business in KSA by: 1.
Developing, maintaining, and analysing
Performance Data with the objective of identifying early trends impacting
Business Performance 2.
Designing and delivering high quality analytics
for monitoring business and functional performance along with conclusions and
recommendations 3.
Assisting in conducting periodic reviews to monitor
business and functional performance for Twenty4 Business |
Key Accountabilities
Strategic |

Assist in establishing business performance
metrics, formulae and thresholds at various levels of the enterprise ·
Assimilate industry benchmarks or other external
data to gauge business performance |
Financial |
·
Provide financial/business case modelling to
support identification and delivery of transformational projects ·
Assist in preparing the trends, forecasts for
functional and business performance |
Operational |
·
Create and provide high level performance
reports to assist the Head – Business Performance in monitoring current and
future performance trends ·
Provide Insightful and Predictive reporting
to assist the management with performance tracking ·
Maintain a specific dashboard for high
level reporting of project deliverables on a periodic basis and on set
milestones ·
Implement the components needed to collect,
assimilate, analyze, and deliver business performance management data ·
Undertake regular analysis to help identify risks
and opportunities ·
Structure data and standard reports to assist in
managing performance ·
Harness and integrate data available across the
organization and externally to synthesis them into meaningful and insightful
information towards better planning and supporting outcomes |
