Overview

As a claims coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Ace
Insurance Marine Team, consisting of highly dedicated and proactive
colleagues. We expect that you should be flexible and self-motivated
person who can drive results. You as a suitable candidate should have the
desire to learn and grow in Insurance domain, collate, and present information
in MS office tools, a good grasp of software system, a strong interface between
clients / Insurer and a quest of commitment towards client delight enabling
sustainability and growth to the organization.
Responsibilities
and Duties
|
The responsibilities and duties of Operations Coordinator are as
follows:
·
Knowledge
of various insurance products good communication skills. Good presentation
skills are mandatory.
·
To
coordinate with Insurance companies as well as TPA’s for smooth processing and
approval of claims.
·
To
ensure maintenance of TAT’s by Insurance companies and TPA’s.
·
Handling
queries and providing information about policy coverage and claims process to
the employees of the corporate for GMC- GPA -GTL etc.
·
Handling
escalations and emergencies cases as and when required and follow up with the
insured for submission of required documents and clarifications.
·
Maintaining
CD’s and addition deletion in EB’s on monthly basis.
·
Register
the claims and intimate to the insurance companies and follow up for deputation
of surveyors. ( except EB policies)
Qualifications
|
·
Minimum graduate from Commerce / Arts /
Science
·
Minimum three years of working experience as
executive / coordinator in client facing domain.
·
Open-ended attitude to perform duties in a
flexible work arrangement including any emergency calls in odd hours.
·
Always courteous and patient with repetitive
follow-ups.
·
Attention to detail to achieve thoroughness
and accuracy.
·
Good communication skills in written and verbal English.
·
Good knowledge of MS Office – Word / Excel /
Power-Point / Outlook etc.
