Job
Purpose
To collaborate with internal partners
in concept development, interface design, and website architecture with an aim to enhance
company's brand, attract and convert visitors, and achieve business objectives
Key
Accountabilities
Operational
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's digital marketing materials and platforms
Identify user interface requirements and conceptualize, recommend and design web solutions
in accordance with business' needs
Design, develop
and test email
newsletter campaigns Test and debug the websites
with regard to usability
Maintain and enhance the websites by improving design
and adding interactive features
Collaborate with the Head of E•commerce and website team to identify
user interface solutions
Work with interface developers to design supportive assets
Think creatively and develop concepts, graphics and layouts
for all e•commerce materials to be used in external marketing campaigns
Innovate ideas or themes
in graphical form for various
requirements coming from the marketing team
Coordinate projects
through all major stages of product development
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material
along with font style and size Work with a wide range of media and graphic designing software
Liaise with external stakeholders regularly to ensure
that deadlines are met

Qualification and
Experience
Education and Certification
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Web Design, Graphic
Design, or any related discipline
Knowledge and Skills
Proven web and graphic
design experience Relevant programming knowledge
Proficient
knowledge of standard design software including Adobe and Macromedia packages
Web graphical skills and rigorous
attention to detail
Knowledge of Magneto
or any e•commerce platform
preferred
Good knowledge of media best practices, with a strong
understanding of print
processes and format types
Should have a great awareness of retail and creative trends
Experience
At least 2•3 years in a relevant industry
