LMS Lead

Job Purpose


To identify staff training needs, and help in planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate trainings


 


 

Key Accountabilities


Operational

 

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path

Build effective induction, training programs and calendars

Prepare quarterly budgets based on training needs of the organization and seek approvals from Manager Corporate • Engagement, Learning & Development Deliver training sessions for entry and middle employees, when required Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure progress during and after the training courses

Provide support to the Manager Corporate Engagement, Learning & Development in planning for future courses

Work with Line Managers and Trainers to solve specific problems during the designing and implementation of training programs

Research new technologies and methodologies in training and present the findings to the relevant Managers

Keep all resources and training materials well maintained and ready to be used Assist in designing blended learning solutions that cover all the learning settings Monitor and review the progress of trainees through feedbacks and discussions Support Manager Corporate• Engagement, Learning and Development in coordinating with external vendors and institutes to provide external training programs as per the organization's requirement

Manage LMS (Learning Management System) and track training hours Set standards through benchmarking and best practices

Qualification and

Experience


Education and Certification

 

Bachelor's degree in any related Business field

Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or Communication is a plus

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office High organizational and multi•tasking skills Proficiency in English

Experience

 

3•5 years of experience in Human Resources field

Experience as trainer or Learning and Development coordinator is a plus
