Responsibilities

·         Responsible for managing, coordinating, coaching, supervising, mentoring, training, and developing of leads, specialist, and associates within Ecommerce Fulfilment

·         Exhibits leadership, planning, structure, transparent communication, and problem-solving skills while managing day to day order flow of business within designated work cells

·         Responsible for identifying, communicating, and solving day to day problems cross departmentally in a professional manner

·         Assist in evaluating the needed staffing levels according to volume within Ecommerce Fulfilment

·         Assist in sorting orders in all work cells according to shipping methods, shipment size, customer requirements

·         Monitor / Track and take responsibilities for ensured shipment of all time sensitive orders.

·         Assist in compiling, measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance data and quota within Ecommerce Fulfilment on a regular basis

·         Perform quality audits

·         Track and communicate quality issues and develop corrective actions

·         Communicate problems and identify solutions or other areas for improvement

·         Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy within company systems

·         Responsible for compliance and oversight of individual work cell; which includes but is not limited to organization, clean work space, adequate packaging supplies, as well as a safe and clutter free work environment
