Role Name – Retail Analyst
Position Description
The Retail Analyst-
·
Must be articulate, be able to communicate with
management, raise issues and risks quickly, and help develop solutions
effectively and openly
·
Should be enthusiastic about customer data, have
strong problem-solving and analytical skills, is tech and marketing enthusiast and
have a solid understanding mark-tech solutions as well as marketing related
areas and ecosystems.
·
Should develop strong partnership and interactions
with business, IT, solution partner and other stakeholders i.e., the individual
must have aptitude to interact with functional or business stakeholders who may
or may not be familiar with loyalty
- Should have
thorough understanding of CRM KPIs, Customer lifecycle journey, Campaign
management and analytics around it.

Should be committed, creative, articulate, detailed,
meticulous, and organized.
- Agile
thinker, with strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and
problem-solving abilities
- Should have
experience working with consumer data and providing actionable insights.
- Should be
proficient in MS excel and SQL Query
- Should have
experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar
is a plus

Should have experience working
with large, complex, and diverse data sets
·
Strong understanding of data
governance and compliance
Job Responsibilities
·
Provide timely insights and analytical support to
different internal business stakeholders like Head of Retail Operations, Head
CEM & Chief Retail officer to support effective business decision-making
·
Development and maintain the Retail Budget
Reconciliation & Modeling File
·
Serve
as the in-house Retail specialist by analysing
Customer, Planning and Category inventory data to develop dashboard, reports to support existing Retail functions.
·
Work towards automating most of the existing
reports, formats and create better visualization of the same.
·
Work closely with external partners to ensure
effective continuity of Retail Analyst functions
·
Manage
quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data
to support CRM initiatives
·
Analyze customer data to provide in-depth insights
around consumer behaviors, trends, and areas of improvement and opportunity.
·
Communicate key performance metrics and insights to
stakeholders during weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
·
Document historical key performance indicators for
the CRM program
·
Develop financial scenarios for CRM initiatives and analyze
the ROI of a campaign
·
Assist and participate in data validation and
cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
·
Document all procedures/processes (egg. Database,
points, information, etc.) and ensure regular updates.
·
Work at a detailed level, when needed, to identify
issues, risks, root causes, develop mitigation strategies and solutions, and
identify and track actions to closure
·
Carry out various analytics deep-dives as and when
required to analyze the business problem through customer data
·
