Job Purpose
To develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that will be applied to increase
visibility and traffic across the brand
Key Accountabilites
Operational
Lead the development of brand•wide
social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social
media Prepare marketing,
communication and media plans on regular basis to determine the types of
activities to be performed on different social
media accounts
Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods
to gauge success
Source and produce engaging
content to ensure
the blog and social media channels
are up to date, relevant
and interesting Monitor
competitor social media,
websites and email newsletters and keep on file best practice
Respond to user queries
and comments on social
media by getting
appropriate information from relevant stakeholders

Qualification and Experience
Education and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
Knowledge and Skills
Familiar with multiple social media channels
Demonstrated proficiency in social
networking and online marketing Knowledge of media best practices and display advertising
Experience

years of experience in online marketing
or social media account management
